My name is Lee-Ann and I've loved baking since I was a child. I started out with a Better Homes and Gardens cookbook and a desire to learn. My passion took off from there.
The Iris Bakeshop was started because I have a passion for baking and a desire to share that with you. Everything I create is made from scratch, following recipes I've developed and refined over the years. I only use natural ingredients and locally sourced (when available).
